DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard or wire transfer.
SORRY NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If notice of cancellation is received six weeks or more prior to arrival date then 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Highlights
